Retaining a 19th century feel while seamlessly integrating new structures makes for a complex redevelopment at Blossom Street. Several architects put their spin on the project, which encompasses commercial, retail and public realm space.

The team designed PT slabs for two buildings, using value engineering to reduce concrete requirements, costs and embodied carbon emissions. Creativity and collaboration allowed us to meet architectural visions and overcome significant challenges, winning us CONSTRUCT’S PTA Award in 2022.
